1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team at info@visualprint.in with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Products
Customized and bulk orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of the order is damaged or incorrect, Visual Print reserves the right to offer a partial refund.
